JEWELLERY
Yes, all of our jewellery is made from 925 Silver.
Some of our pieces are plated in pure silver and some are e-coated for strength.
Our Tourmaline Collection has been Rhodium-plated for extra durability.
The '925' represents 92.5% pure silver. As pure silver is soft and malleable (making it prone to bending and breakage), 7.5% is made up of other metals to increase hardness, reduce wear and minimise tarnishing. This helps our silver remain strong and perfect for everyday use while remaining high-quality.

Three teams of expert silversmiths and gemstone cutters carefully handcraft most of our collections in Jaipur, India.
Our satellite chains are made in Thailand and our Herringbone chains are made in Italy.
All jewellery pieces are made overseas, so we do not have the facilities to alter chain lengths. If required, your local jeweller should be able to assist you with alterations.
We cannot make bespoke customised pieces.
Yes, our gemstone supplier and manufacturer choose only ethically sourced gemstones and provide me with testing certificates for each gemstone.

Your order will be packed by the end of the following day and shipped within 2 days.
If you place an order over the weekend it will be shipped Tuesday morning at the latest.
Yes, you will receive a Tracking # alongside your 'Shipping Confirmation' e-mail. You can track your order here at Australia Post (auspost.com.au)

We have a 1-hour window to make a request for your parcel to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase. However, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends on where the parcel is in the shipping process.
We cannot redirect orders once parcels have been dispatched.
If this happens and it is returned to us, we will re-ship it to you. Re-shipping may be at an extra cost to you, depending on the reason it was returned to us.

Yes, we have a 30 Day Money Back guarantee. You can return your jewellery if there is a defect when you receive it.

If you return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase we can cover the Shipping cost for faulty jewellery. Your return shipping and total product purchase amount will be refunded to you once it has been received by Inesce.

Within 30 days from date of purchase, if you decide that the product is not what you hoped it would be then you are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for the return of your items.
On our receipt of your returned items the product cost will be refunded to you.
