1. IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE FROM '925' SILVER?

Yes, all of our jewellery is made from 925 Silver. The '925' represents 92.5% pure silver. As pure silver is soft and malleable (making it prone to bending and breakage), 7.5% is made up of other metals to increase hardness, reduce wear and minimise tarnishing. This helps our silver remain strong and perfect for everyday use while remaining high-quality.

2. WHO DESIGNS YOUR JEWELLERY?

All jewellery is designed by Tracey in Adelaide, Australia.

3. WHO MAKES YOUR JEWELLERY?

A team of expert silversmiths and gemstone cutters carefully handcraft each piece in Jaipur, India.

We proudly do not sell any mass produced pieces.

4. CAN YOU MAKE NECKLACES SHORTER OR LONGER?

All jewellery pieces are made overseas, so we do not have the facilities to alter chain lengths.

If required, your local jewellery store should be able to assist you with
alterations.

We currently cannot make bespoke customised pieces.

5. DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKISTS?

Not yet, currently we are primarily an online store only.

1. WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We trust Australia Post to ship our jewellery.

2. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

$5 standard shipping
$10 express shipping

3. DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, if you spend over $99 you will recieve FREE Standard shipping. The total cost must be after discount codes have been applied.

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Your order will be shipped the following business day, excluding public holidays and weekends.

If you place an order over the weekend it will be shipped Tuesday morning at the latest. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.

5. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will recieve a Tracking # alongside your 'Shipping Confirmation' e-mail. You can track your order here at Australia Post (auspost.com.au)

6. I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at hello@inesce.com.au

We have a 1-hour window to make a request for your parcel to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase. However, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends where the parcel is in the shipping process.

We cannot redirect orders once parcels have been dispatched.

7. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If this happens and it is returned to us, we will re-ship it to you. Re-shipping may be at an extra cost to you, depending on the reason it was returned to us.

1. CAN I RETURN THE JEWELLERY IF THERE IS A DEFECT?

Yes, we have a 30 Day Money Back Guaranee. You can return your jewellery if there is a defect when you recieve it OR you simply changed your mind. Please visit our RETURNS page for more details.

2. CAN I RETURN JEWELLERY AFTER THE 30 DAYS?

Please email us at hello@inesce.com.au to explore this option.

3. ARE RETURNS FREE IF THE JEWELLERY IS FAULTY?

If you return an item within 30 days from date of purchase we are able to cover the Shipping cost for faulty jewellery. Your return shipping and total product purchase amounts will be refunded to you once it has been received by Inesce.

4. ARE RETURNS FREE IF I DECIDE I DON'T WISH TO KEEP THE JEWELLERY?

Within 30 days from date of purchase, if you decide that the product is not what you hoped it would be then you are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for the return of your items.

On our receipt of your returned items the product cost will be refunded to you.

5. CAN I RETURN ALL INESCE JEWELLERY PIECES?

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings.
